Ok so this operation started today and here are my stats as promised.
Weight:11 st 9
In inches
Waist : 32
Hips :39
Chest:38
Upper arm: 12
Thigh: 22
My pledge to exercise includes:
Walking
Netball
Badminton
Running (using that term loosely)
I am not on a diet but am eating more balanced and cleaner with the occasional calorie counting.
Any advice welcome...particuarly in regards to clean eating recipes or tips!

Advice. Supermarkets do some really good balance ready meals for those days when you haven't got time to cook. Also the ones roughly 300 calls can make a low cal lunch that will fill you up.
Add some strength training into the mix. Wall squats are a good one.
Muscle burns cals and toning up help with the inches.

Thank you lovely! Wall squats sound harsh...will give it a whirl...Will look for ready meals as a lot of food I cant eat at the moment so eating different to the hubs
