Does Pomegranate Juice Help Boost Testosterone?

A European study examined this question with 60 participants, who drank one glass a day for 2 weeks.

The result:

There was a measured increase of 16-30%!

WOW!

Too good to be true if you ask me...

So I did some digging to find the study, and here it is:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/275716515_Pomegranate_juice_intake_enhances_salivary_testosterone_levels_and_improves_mood_and_well_being_in_healthy_men_and_women

The Results are Legit!

Interesting that the study was conducted for only two weeks though...

Which makes me wonder if those results are only transient in nature, similar to those of honey 🍯.

There's a Protocol I'm going to add to my own anecdotal study to serve a dual purpose; I'll reveal those measures later this week.

So there you have it!

Pomegranate juice does increase testosterone levels when measured at one and two week intervals, when drinking one glass a day. 💪

Wow, that’s crazy if true. I don’t drink these kind of drinks. I always think it’s artificial. I rather drink one coffee ☕️ in the morning and than water 💦 or tea 🍵, especially green. I wonder if these boost testosterone.

You and I are similar re: Pomegranate Juice; I've never drank it or any another kind of juice - Always regarded it as overpriced sugar water.

Clearly I was possibly mistaken, with Pomegranate Juice anyway.

As for Water, for 25 years I've always drank a TON of water; rarely soda/pop, and I DID drink a ton of skim milk when those first photos were taken.

I'll stick with the beverage protocols of just water and one glass of Pomegranate Juice per day, along with a protein shake at morning and night.

After getting back from New York I'm putting in a new protocol, more on that in this week's posts...

I love the taste of pomegranate, looks like red wine boosting your testosterone.
Looking at your post ,got my interest as always men are interested in increasing testosterone .

I can only imagine...
Seems like a pharmacists' mortar and pestle would be better for that, then swallow that whole fibrous slurry mess to get the benefit.

I'm buying them in those big bulk bottles pictured above - fingers crossed to see a beneficial change in 🔼 testosterone levels.

Pomegranate Juice and honey? Like, the two most expensive things at the grocery store. Have they done studies on anything cheaper, like flour?

I'm planning to look into air...

This is getting so interesting, man! These kind of notes are gold to me.

All the engagement with everyone here is starting to prompt more ideas for controlled testing, using both my dad and me for guinea pigs.
He's 83 and strong as an ox, physically and mentally.

When this three month round of testing is complete I might start 2 week and 4 week testing intervals with just him and I on a standard controlled protocol of just ONE of these variables at a time.

We're 40 years apart, father and son, this could be some legitimate scientific data for future studies.

Expensive as Hell for the blood testing, but screw it - I'll put all my findings into my book.

LOL - Easy Craiggles, one thing at a time dude 😜
Let's see if the next pics in June come out like

Captain America 💪🙋‍♂️

Not a bad idea, man. But will your father agree? I mean, I can see him all big and powerful and stuff, raising an eyebrow and saying "Sooo... what's in it for me, kid?"

The pride of telling all his octogenarian pals how he (hopefully) boosted his testosterone levels just by drinking juice!
We'll figure that one out around July or so... 😉
