Earthing, or Grounding is simply walking barefoot on natural surfaces such as grass, sand or soil. Independent scientific studies and many indigenous cultures throughout the world agree that this simple practice has an array of health benefits including the reduction of pain, inflammation, stress, anxiety and depression as well as improving immune function and blood circulation.
