Some of my favourite things but only a small slice of what I now do for my body.

I suggest consuming these everyday or at least consistently in alignment with your nutrient dense daily eating routine.

You will probably live longer, will lead a happier life and balance your biosphere and biological energy systems.

Gut health and a neutral acidic position within our blood of approx. 7.35pH is very important for health.

I feel that to create change we must seek adjustments to our mindset and behavioural patterns.

It is ok to live your life and have fun but remember your body is a sponge and a sensitive biological system.

It is resilient however fragile to toxic additives, chemicals and heavy metals.

Be mindful what you put into your body.

Everything you consume should be 'pure' and as 'nature intended' otherwise you will become subject to sickness, lower vibrational health at a cellular level and most likely susceptible to diseases as you age.

The younger you are to make healthy adjustments the better.

Don't wait until you are 40 or older to start focusing on your health.

Start now.
