Lack Of Sleep - Bad Effects

Lack of sleep is very dangerous!

Lack of sleep leads to many of our serious problems in everyday life and most important in our health. It gives us lots of troubles, only we didn't notice or blame us being lack of sleep.

What are the dangerous effects of Lack of sleep?

  • Lead to depression -
    Depression and insommia are most likely complementary, depression will increase the difficulty in sleeping and then, lack of sleep in turn will increase the status of depression.

  • Accelerate skin aging

If you experienced not sleeping for a few nights, we can notice skin sallow and eyes swollen, this only proves that long-term lack of sleep can really cause wrinkles, skin bleak and black spots around our eyes.
If we do not have enough sleep our body will release "stress hormone cortisol", too much cortisol breaks down the collagen in the skin,protein keeps the smoothness and elasticity of the skin.

  • Can cause serious health problems -

There are so many health problems one can suffer because of lack of sleep , sleep disorder and chronic sleep. These diseases are: heart disease, heart attack, heart failure, arrhythmia, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, and so may more bad effects to your body.

  • Lack of sleep can increase weight -

If we are lack of sleep we are tend to eat more than losing an appetite. Lack of sleep increase someone's hunger, to promote increase appetite. Studies shows that people who sleep less than 6 hours a day, they are more likely to become obese.
Stomach hunger hormones can stimulate hunger and leptin in brain signal boosting appetite. Lack of sleep will increase appetite and stimulate the desire for high fat and carbohydrate.

  • Increase the risk of death
    Studies shows that people who sleep less than 7 hours or those who are lack of sleep can double the risk of death from health problem and also if lack of sleep they are prone to accidents, and have a greater chance of injury
    If someone driving is sleepy or lack of sleep, he can easily be confused while driving on the road, This is one factor that lead to traffic accidents now a days are caused by fatigue driving.

  • Become more forgetful and dull
    Plenty of sleep everyday to make memory clearer. Sharp ripples is an area in the brain consolidating memory. Lack of sleep can damage peoples concentration, alertness, attention, reasoning ability and ability to solve problems leads to lower learning efficiency.

  • Affect reasoning and understanding
    Lack of sleep affect peoples understanding and can't make wise and reasonable action. Sleep is very important to be able to make good decisions in life and wisely take action.
