Wow! This is really informative, for i thought that the yolk contains a lot of cholesterol that is why eating a lot of it may be bad! But it seems that I'm wrong! I'll eat more eggs now! Hahaha! thank you @jwolf for this information!

    Yes, they said adults should eat the egg white only and not the yolk.
