It's true we should take care of our health and not just neglect it. I actually visited a general doctor and I wish she can give me some remedies to a number of my health problems and they are just minor ones so I hope she can help me on this. And not to forget to take vitamins daily, eat fruits and vegetables for this can make us feel healthy as well. I have low red blood cells that's why my doctor gave me some iron or vitamins and it can help me a bit.
