Hi All,
I'm a 37 year old Irish guy trying to lose fat and build muscle. I've been working out since I was about 13 but life gets in the way sometimes what with work and personal life. I'd like to start a blog on here of my path to getting in great shape while approaching 40!
It takes time and dedication but it's totally achievable. I thought Id share some dead-lifting on my first post:
