great info. I have been doing this as well.
From what I know, if you are doing a 16 hr intermittent fasting , and working out on an empty stomach, it is best to be in a state of ketosis, otherwise, during the fasting period your body will consume glycogen from your muscles, for energy.
What do you think?

The body only consumes muscle if you let your heart rate race too fast. The body will always burn fat if you keep your heart rate normal throughout. Think of glycogen like fuel for a rocket and think of fat as fuel for your normal everyday vehicle. As long as you take it easy, your body has no reason to use glycogen.
