It's exactly what it says up there.

The next time you get angry, think about how that situation is funny. If someone messed up something that they were assigned to do, think about the absurdity of their actions. Create a joke out of them in your mind. Take that action which pissed you off along with the person that did it and exaggerate it completely out of proportion.

Someone spilled something while mixing a cup?
Imagine them mixing that drink so hard, they end up spilling the whole damn thing when they're done mixing it.
Go further: think that they're now actually trying to drink from that empty cup.

You'll see your anger turns into laughter.

That's because now you're thinking of them less as a nuisance, and more of an entertainer.

Mind is such a subtle thing. I just came up this method about 5 minutes back and all it took was a little self-awareness.

Man, I think I'm never getting angry ever again.
