Food as Medicine: Vinegar can reduce blood sugar and serum triglycerides

Hi @healthbasics I am also suffering from diabetes type 2 question how much ACV should I drink or use. I am in a battle with this but I had a minor setback. Back to 2x metformin instead of 1 but I came from 3.

If you look at the Japanese study they found that more is better. They used 1TBSP apple cider vinegar/day for their high dose. The Greek study also used 1TBSP before eating. That is probably where I would start especially before a higher carb meal but managing the amount of food and the number of #carbs that you are eating is the biggest part of the #Diabetes picture. Apple cider vinegar is a good adjunct option.

Congrats on your initial success in correcting your blood sugar @sherryblossom

Thank you for your reply. I bought wine acv to try.
