skull crushers with barbell is a classic bulking exercises focused on triceps using EZ dumbbells is about equal involved all three major muscle. Exercise is one of the technically difficult exercises, actually during not handled properly EZ danger and injury. So I am using a barbell. Therefore, this exercise also ranked in the group for advanced exercisers. I usually chose 6-8 reps on this exercise
Biceps:
The main muscles involved here are biceps arm (biceps brachii), deep muscle arm (m.brachialis), radial muscle (m.brachioradialis) muscle Round (m.pronator teres). personally I am doing alternating movement it is my most effective version, I chose 8-10 reps on one arm.
