It seems so simple and to be honest, it is. Incorporate more of this into your life and your anxiety will be reduced dramatically, along with getting more exercise, drinking more water and eating better. The easy things should not be overlooked. Many times, they can make the biggest difference. ❤

Belly breathing is breathing with your stomach instead of your chest. It can take a little practice to get used to, but once you learn how to do it, it can reduce anxiety immediately. ❤

Meditation helps you learn to observe your thoughts and feelings instead of just immediately reacting to them. If you meditate even five minutes a day, you will be so much less anxious. ❤

Earthing is walking around outside in your bare feet. It balances and corrects the body's energy. There's a whole school of thought behind this, so look it up if you're interested. It's fascinating! Oh, and it works. ❤

Laughter probably doesn't need to be explained, but maybe using it more in your life does. When you are having a hard time, try intentionally looking for something to laugh at, whether it's part of the situation, whether it's a show that you find funny or humorous podcast. This can do wonders to lift your mood and make you feel better. ❤
