WATER THERAPY
image

Water therapy is taking water first thing in the morning on waking up before you even brush your teeth. Generally you aim to take around one and a half litres of warm water ( water at room temperature can do as well). Why one and a half litres? It is roughly the capacity of our stomachs. You need a full stomach in order to have adequate pressure build up to exert on intestines hence you have the intestinal lining "peel off as it were" and pave way for optimal absorption of food next time you eat. Do water therapy constantly for best results. Wait about an hour before taking anything.

The eight hours of night sleep is perceived by the body as a fast. So any fast is best broken by taking water and not solids. Some of the benefits of water therapy are instant: you remove toxins through passing of urine and stool, therefore constipation becomes a thing of the past. The other benefits are long term e.g glowing skin, weight loss, clarity of thought, immune system protection, no headaches, increase in your metabolic rate, lowering of blood pressure, regulating of blood sugar etc etc. There are many health claims associated with this water therapy. I urge you to read more on this, you will be amazed.

This water therapy has been practised by the Ancient Greeks and Romans from many centuries ago. Later on the Japanese Indians, Chinese caught on to it.

Proverbs 3 verse 19 & 20:
"The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding He established the heavens; by His knowledge the deeps broke open and the clouds drop down the dew."

God loves you!
