Most of us would skip breakfast and take a larger portion of meal during lunch time but that would be bad for our body.
Breakfast is so important for us which like warming up a car during winter time. All our organs, nerves and blood vessel need a good meal to wake up.
I used to eat pretty light in the morning but I learn from my doctor and try to change it since the beginning of the year. I feel more energetic in the morning and need less coffee. I think that would be a good thing.
Maybe this would be a new year resolution for us in 2019
