I'm currently on the Paleo diet. It's weird how not eating sugar and grains have made me less hungry, when i was eating processed foods i was ALWAYS hungry.
I'm eating a little meat with lots of vegetables, sometimes i only eat one meal a day because i don't get hungry so much.
Oh yeah I've got allot more energy. Usually i take a naps on the weekends but now i don't do that because i can't fall asleep anymore .
