The art of stillness

I practice acupuncture in Vancouver, Canada and most of my patients are very busy people. One thing that is beneficial about receiving acupuncture treatments is the mandatory stillness. It is so restorative to take a 1 hr break in your day and lie down doing nothing. Yes this does sound like meditation, but you don't have to "meditate". Just relax and let your mind unwind.
