Whatever we eat must be healthy. Junk food and grabbing food on the way might cause dickness and death.

Many office workers do not sit down to eat. They carry food or snacks which they eat in offices. Many times it is cold and might harbour germs on transit.

At times they take food that is served in the office through outside catering. Since we do not know the hygiene the food was prepared in, it may cause diseases.

Junk food happens to be the cause of many people lacking appetite for delicious food.

Children suffer most as we buy them sweets, biscuits and other food that is full of synthetic sugar. These junk food often spoil and create cavities in teeth. They can also bring other diseases.

It is advisable to be so keen with what goes into the stomach. Staying for long without eating is not good. The body may start manufacturing acids which may cause ulcers.

Eat a well balanced diet alwayd
One has to eat wholemeal rather than the refined food. Three meals a day is recommended because the body takes 3-4 hours to digest food.

One should ensure he does plenty of exercise and has enough rest. Our bodies are all we have and we should care for it.
