Thank you. I do find it hard sometimes, especially after a day like yesterday. But I’m of this morning again to do my WOD. I see you do CrossFit, I like it a lot. Even though Im usually a loner in training, I started to enjoy the interaction a lot, maybe because I now know almost everybody ( I stated when the crossfit opened up). Unfortunatly I will never be good enough to compete anymore in sports. If only I was younger.

Repeated the open workout and improved my score by 13%, that is 13% more work done in the same ammount of time. This serves as an important reminder that practicing any activity has a very quick and measureable effect on our performance. Most of it has to do with adding in calves... it's a body part that I'd really like to add some definition to, so I'm going to try hitting them hard 3x per week for 6 weeks and see if we can't get a little more muscle mass in there. And fortunately, central Indiana weather is starting to look up for us, so we're finally getting into some nice running weather!
