Dear Kind Whales & Dolphins: would you consider helping a daily health-focused cause that's proven to be genuine ongoing original content? We're on our 20th day and clawing for visibility to reach others. @glitterfart previously gave one huge 100% endorsement, which helped us get some new contributions, so please don't be shy...
If this isn't something to support, I'd love to understand what's missing so I can improve it. There are hundreds of thousands of users, and we should have plenty participating in something like this if they can simply see it!
Here's a nice comment from @mightpossibly to show that we need help spreading our cause.
"I'd also like to add that I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
TOTALS: 13,404 reps done across 7 Steemians in 19 workout days.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
Please also support these participants for their commitment to their physical and mental health. Thank you.
Daily Challenge Completed - 108 reps:
-55 Squats (No weights)
-40 Push-ups
-10 Lunges (5L/5R)
-3 Intense Wall Climbing Sets (awesome workout in itself)
I went indoor wall climbing today and it was rough because of 19 straight days of workouts. My forearms were on fire after the first of three wall climbs. They still feel pumped up and on the brink of cramping even though it was 11 hours ago! The paths we technically not too hard, but my body was spent from this Fitness Challenge.
Cumulative Results:
@rmsbodybuilding = 8,897 reps (66.4%) - 19/19 days
@steemmatt = 2,204 reps (16.4%) - 19/19
@myleskshupe = 1,205 reps (9.0%) - 3/19
@povilas = 480 reps (3.6%) - 4/19
@mightpossibly = 359 reps (2.7%) - 4/19
@xced2806 = 158 reps (1.2%) - 1/19
@dj123 = 101 reps (0.80%) - 1/19
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

Advice:
- Stretch before and after your exercise.

- Eat a healthy snack with protein after.
- Do exercises you enjoy at first to build momentum for harder ones.
- Take before pictures to appreciate your results over time.
- Feel good about your accomplishments.
-It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100.
-For December, I'll count 30 minutes of dedicated walking or jogging as 50 reps for those who prefer to get the ball rolling.

Challenge completed - 1 hour walk (100 reps)
Great job with todays workout! I had to take another day off today because of some over-use of a muscle, which makes it difficult to do strength exercises.
I do have some ideas about the project that would be interesting to hear your opinion on. I'll try to be available on Discord and Steemit.chat if want to hear more about it.

Hey @steemmatt, I am writing to you and many other people who I have noticed for being very active and interested in humorous/sarcastic posts. I am not writing and begging for following me, but I want to share with you two of my other accounts, @krvsada and @tuzlasada , where I post funny GIF memes on daily basis (5 on each). Since I really want to improve and get amongst the best 'humorous 'steemians’ on this platform, I would love if you could sometimes drop to any of my meme accounts, enjoy in shared content, and possibly (the most appreciated) evaluate my work. I promise that I will be fully engaged with single one of your comments since this is something which inspires me and makes my days better. Furthermore, if you decide to keep up with my account, and if you decide to add me to your steem voter account, I will assure to connect additional 55+ young accounts to automatically upvote your account's (and anyone else's) posts. All of them are my friends and their accounts can not give you lots of 'rewards', but can easier get you to the HOT section and possibly increase your account visits. That would be the smallest thing that I could give as a return for your engagement with you. Please help me to get a rise in this section on this platform. All the best, @keyss.

I recommend engaging on the joke blogs, not the workout one, and simply show us what you got in action via good comments for now. I followed one account. Thanks for your effort.
