How to save your money and time on prescriptions in pharmacies? (in US)
Now, I will give the tips for uninsured patients.
For uninsured patients,
You would be surprised that there are so many prescription discount cards when you search on internet. You can choose whichever gives you the lowest price on your meds or easy one to use. You can ask the pharmacy if they have a good discount card or voucher.
I would like to show a couple of discount card I think best, to you.
One is "Good RX" https://www.goodrx.com/
if you type your med name, it will show you all prices form each pharmacies. You can just choose, print the coupon and bring to the pharmacy with your prescription.
The other one is "Blink Health" https://www.blinkhealth.com/
This has a little different figure with other discount cards. You can make your account with Blinkhealth and pay to them directly and pick up in the pharmacy without any copay.
Actually, these will save you a lot of money on prescription, in my experiences.
