Some interesting revelations after a recent study conducted by the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition show that supplementation with fish oil can significantly increase your lean mass and reduce your fat mass.

That's pretty exciting news if you want to drop a few pounds of fat.

One of the benefits of other famous fish oils is to lower blood pressure and reduce triglycerides. High triglycerides can be caused by a poor diet that causes obesity, and heart disease. Certain contraceptive drugs and increased estrogen levels may also increase triglyceride levels.
