    1. Bagai mana kita memanfaatkan matahari setiap hari?
    2. Dalam 40 menit sampai sekitar satu jam, sedikit keringat, sedikit mengantuk utkai mendapatkan hasil terbaiknya.
    3. Bersemangatlah mengatur waktu utk berjemur matahari yg telah Tuhan sediakan.
    4. Temukan tempat yg sepi utk bejemur, tutup mata dengan tenang atau dengarkan musik yg santai dan elegan, jgn mainkan handphone, bertelepon, bersemangat ngobrol atau olah raga begitu keras. Bukan tdk boleh, tapi jgn membuang kesempatan yg Tuhan berikan utk memperbaiki diri melalui matahari!
