Freedom is a Feeling and a Habit

Hi Steven here, life coach and psychologist.
We are creatures of habits. Your daily habits are accountable for almost every aspect of your life: relationships, money, health etc.
With a simple twist in your daily habits, you can improve the quality of your life in every area!
For example, if you change your social behavior by listening more instead of talking more, you'll improve the quality of your social contacts.
If you stop eating processed food, start eating fresh, organic food (with natural fat and low carbonhydrates) and walk at least 30 minutes daily, you'll improve your health significantly.
And if you start doing a simple and easy to learn exercise called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) every time you experience excess stress, you'll FREE yourself from negative thoughts, emotions and find peace of mind!
