Apparently busy has an iffy ability to save 4 drafts, but more often it replaces the latest one with the newest one.
It also likes to log its users out at least 2 times in a week and crashed my lousy browser.
The reader will probably know most of the recommendations, but it may still be worth reading due to the few surprises that it might present.
It (busy.org, busy.pay) also does not vote content if it was posted just over 12 hours apart, but it does upvote if the frequency is just higher than once every 24 hours.
I wish I knew the exact number or rule.

One should probably:

1.1. Walk more than already
1.2 walk with bent knees - avoid completely straight knees except when healing from certain knee injuries.
1.3.1 walk on softer surfaces
1.3.2 walk with good shoes - air pockets along the entire shoe, or something that feels the same; the shoes should also roll.

2.1 Sleep more than already
2.2. Sleep in as dark as possible surrounding
2.3. Sleep in as quiet as possible surrounding
2.4. Sleep with an empty prostate (biches have it too, but the medical orthodoxy insists on using a different name than prostate for it)
2.5 Sleep with no thoughts - you may not be smart, but you may sleep well
As a principle - sleep with sensory depravity

3.1. Eat until you are not hungry anymore.
At times you may need stop and wait and only resume if you are still hungry after 20 minutes or so.
3.2 avoid eating unless ur hungry
3.3 adopt the ketogenic philosophy as advertised by Eric Berg, except:
3.3.1.* Honey is worse than white sugar, due to its fructose to glucose ratio
3.3.2.* Organic foods are overrated and do not justify their prices
3.3.3.* Cortisol is bad except maybe from acute conditions. Avoid Eric Berg's adrenal fatigue product.
Excess cortisol over time causes cortisol resilience, similar to how insulin can cause insulin resilience.
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2012/04/120402162546.htm
3.3.4* (only bovine?) Meat is inflammatory:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/11316316/Red-meat-triggers-toxic-immune-reaction-which-causes-cancer-scientists-find.html
3.3.5* livers contain high concentrations of toxins, carcinogens and heavy metals.
Expect livers to contain more of them than other parts of the animals.
Stuff like aflatoxins, dioxins, mercury, lead and probably radioactive metals too, but about the latter I do not remember that I read or heard about them being in livers in high concentrations.
Kidneys have similar problems due to similar reasons (an organ used to excrete toxins may contain more of them)

4.1. Let it all out
4.2. If it is still not all out, resume until it is.
4.3. If u feel like u got 2 go again, it is usually a sign that it is not all out.
4.3 Keep it empty as much and as frequent as you can
4.4. Avoid going to sleep unless it is empty
4.5. Once ur done, immediately avoid whatever quickly refills it, do other things

  1. White, bright and blue lights are bad, orange and dim light is good.
The least energetic that enables you to see clear enough is best.

  2. Always brush teeth prior to sleeping, even if the intention is a mere short nap.
No one knows how it will end, and long sleeps should be preferred over short naps.

Yes, you were unhappy with busy so i thought you might try steempeak.

AFAIK, busy and steemit are the only interfaces that do not charge a part of your author rewards, and busy even upvotes you, which made me wonder why you do not use it.
I have problems with busy and with steemit, but at least busy pays me and neither charged me yet, AFAIK.
Other interfaces are dangerous.
Again, why do not u use busy?
Why do you decline free daily payments?
Busy even votes one early enough which has this accumulative effect that increases author rewards beyond the vote itself.
I never saw a mention of steempeak, I thought you meant steemspeak and wondered why you mentioned it in this thread.

You got upvoted from @adriatik bot! Thank you to you for using our service. We really hope this will hope to promote your quality content!

Busy did charge 15%, i doubt that they stopped.
Steemspeak is bs, so i wouldnt mention them.
Ive heard good things about steempeak, though.
One of which was its free.

Im happy enough with steemit to keep using it.

If busy charged 15% then I strongly doubt that they stopped, but I still never found an evidence or even semi official confirmation or denial for it.

It would surprise me, too, but absent beneficiary rewards that are logged by the chain, there is no way for them to take them.
That requires you authorize them to use your active key through steemconnect, or directly by giving it to them.
