...Advanced Zinc Lozenges for colds works really good... even better if you try Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide , but you must know how to use it...I suggest that you google it and learn about it... You can get it at amazon.com...Finally, when you start to feel sick, take your medicines and before you go to sleep take 5 minutes and close your eyes so you could do the following: 1. Breathe in and out slowly at least 3 times- in thru your mouth, out thru you nose; 2. tell your body when your sickness will end ( be specific, i.e. 2 o 3 days for common colds, If you like it you can give it 4 to 7 days- it is up to you ); 3. Mentally, see yourself dissociated (it means you look at yourself in front of you being sick) then go through the sickness process (day by day..see yourself being getting better and feeling better) until you see yourself totally and completely cure and at that moment get inside yourself and feel better as when you are healthy ( the more specific you see yourself being cure, the faster and better you can recover); 4. Enjoy and feel the same sensation as when you are healthy and happy. 5. Smile for 15 to 20 seconds with your eyes close and go to sleep believing you can start feeling better every minute until you get cure
You can try it… you may start feeling great at the end and if you choose you can keep that sensation with you and take everywhere you go… but always consult your physician…. Recover Sooner….and sooner…DEEP IN THE WELL…
