But remember sometimes it can cause serious scarrring of liver which can lead to cirrhosis and liver failiure. Whata are the treatment options for fatty liver and NASH ? No definite proven pharmacological treatment is available to treat fatty liver.. but regular exercise and dietary fat restriction will improve your liver enzyme levels. Regular vitamin E intake will improve your liver enzyme levels. But vitamin E intake will associate with highrisk of heart disease. So if you are taking vitamin E , please do it with the guidence from your physician.. A recently published research shows daily taking a cuf of coffee will improve your liver enzyme levels.
