Scientists at the University of California, Loma Linda found that the use of only 48 g chocolate helps people better and easier to learn different information.

Within the experiments, scientists focused on the impact of cocoa on the human body. It turns out that when the craving contains not less than 70 percent cocoa, then the intracellular signals improve, which has a positive effect on the immune system.



American specialists recommend eating dark chocolate with a high cocoa content. It increases the immunity of the body and brain activity.



Past research has found the benefits of chocolate in the fight against viral diseases and its ability to prolong life.

Using 48 grams of chocolate, the electroencephalograms of the participants testified to increased brain activity in the gamma region (25 to 100 hertz).
