Based on a recent study, it was revealed that re-used plastic bottles might contain more bacteria than on a toilet seat. It also points out that nearly 60% of the germs that were found on the used disposable water bottles is enough to make you fall sick.
So you might want to know exactly what you can do to avoid being ill. It's quite simple, stop using disposable bottles. Drink and then recycle.

So, this summer, refilling a plastic bottle and using it again and again over a period of time can do you more harm than good. Also, Bisphenol A (BPA), used in the manufacture of plastic is thought to interfere with your sex hormones which I guess you would surely want to avoid. So stay healthy and live better!
