Such a good article! So many women who suffer from PCOS just don't understand with such a simple lifestyle change they can reduce symptoms of their PCOS so greatly by just eating better. I personally have stopped eating carbs and sugar, and less than 2 months into it I have dropped 26 pounds. And my cycles are becoming more regular. After a week of doing low carb I lost 10 pounds. And 6 days into it my first period in over 9 months started. And then a month later, like clockwork, it started again. And so far within this cycle I have ovulated 100% on my OWN without any help of medication. To me that's HUGE progress. Seeing as I've always needed medication to force my body to ovulate.
