No flour, no wheat, no eggs!

Only 1 ingredients + natural chemistry process of fermentation;)
So, meet, Buckwheat bread made of...only buckwheat!
So we take...just only buckwheat;) and start our magic transformation.
It's sprouted buckwheat.
Then we blend it to have a mass like thick smoothie (only some spoons of water)
And then we need just wait for our magic transformation.
The secret is that sprouted buckwheat have enzymes that will start fermentation, and our "dough" will raise like using yest!
We need about 12 hours to havebtge best result.
Then we need just to bake it about 20 min.
That's it!
I couldn't believe it but it was really bread! With great aroma,perfect taste and it even looks like bread! (It's low because i didnt believe I would succeed and took too little buckwheat:)
I was surprised but nature really allows us to make magic recipes, we just need to know its secrets, and healthy diet opens many of them, and I share them with you:)

No, brave people eat fast food and other food trash every day, i am just trying to find another way of nutrition, a better one, and sometimes i am afraid to taste it too:))

Well then for once I would be happy to not be brave. Can't even remember the last time I ate 'fast food' . Yuck!
