Its been two and half years since i am doing exercise regularly and its like a part of my routine now, if i dont go to gym for a week it feel like my body is demanding to workout and honestly speaking its fun lifting weights, hears the sound of own pumping heart beat and have a relaxing mind during the one hour session in gym.
So the question is how i stay motivated to workout even when i dont want to go to gym, the answer is simple i keep track of my physical body results. When i started working out in 2014, i weighted 198 lbs and had no physical form but my journey to lose weight was pure hard work and motivation, in the start it was hard and really tough to do something i had never done. After 9 months of hard work i lose about 22 lbs and it was the goal i had but from there i did not wanted to stop, now i wanted to bulk up and build body mass and that what i did i started eating health food to gain mass and i also achieved that goal and gain about 10 lbs of body mass without adding any fats to myself.
By now you would be thing during my weight lost and gaining time, i hardly would have eating junk food, no that not the case i did one cheat day every week and also i made a rule for myself to eat clean at home and when i am out with my friend or family i ll eat whatever there is to eat is :P During achieving any goal you have to treat yourself for your hard work and that's what i always did and believe me by following this it gets real easy to achieve your fitness goals.
After two and half year doing physical exercise, i now understand my body more and i know what is best for my body, i know what should i eat, i know if i have eaten some junk how should i exercise to reduce fat, its like playing with your own body i keep losing weight and gaining weight but at the end of the day i am fit.
Share your journey and goal in the comment and up vote if you like my journey
I guess I feel the same, my body's started to feel the benefits from it, so when I don't train, it's like I wasted my day. I do like to have breaks, resting days, but it needs to be consciusly planed, otherwise I will feel it.
Cheers!
