Spice up you coffee – healthy coffee

Hi steemers!

I do not know about you but I have to start my day with coffee, before I do anything else. It is no better way to kick my morning into gear. I believe that many of you loves coffee with various sweeteneres or creamers, but did you try to add spices?

I combine my coffee with rice milk, cinnamon, pepper and curcuma, it adds a very interesting flavor & makes coffee also healthier. Why?

Curcuma:

  • improve digestion,
  • help prever, control or even kill several types of cancer,
  • helps fight stomach ulcers, diabetes, bacterial and viral infections,
  • it is a powerful antioxidant,
  • lower cholesterol levels.

Pepper:

  • combining the pepper with the curcumin enhances curcumin absorption,
  • prevents cancer,
  • improves digestion.

Cinnamon:

  • loaded with antioxidants,
  • has Anti – inflammatory properties,
  • reduces risk of heart disease,
  • lower blood sugar levels,
  • lower your risk of cancer,
  • helps fight bacterial and fungal infections.
