Coconut water is great for our body indeed. However, we need to be careful when buying it esspecially when in countries that are not major manifacturers. In most European countries coconut water is being sold in bottels and not directly from the coconut and is often mixed with preservatives, sugar and other additives which practically kill all the healthiness from it. I personally like the Innocent brand (widely available in The UK). :)
