We all are tired of checking out different website to know the exact diet to gain weight but are not able to get a perfect diet. Some says one thing and then other says something else.

Internet is full of people giving their opinions on how to gain weight and we don't know who is right or who is wrong. Therefore, we have gathered around some tips which has been scientifically proved and has been tested on people to gain weight quickly. But remember that you make sure you only eat healthy food or else you will end up becoming obese.

  • Try adding up calories to your food which must be more than that which you burn daily. Add around 400 calories in your food which you consume daily.

  • Try to eat some protein foods as well. We know protein helps in leaning but protein also helps in gaining weight as well if combined with good foods.

  • Try to eat foods around 5-6 times a day. This will increase your appetite. You will eat more food as compared to earlier.

  • Join a gym. Start weight training and lift heavy weights. This will increase your strength as well as increase muscle size which will make you look heavy and strong.

Last but not the least, get more than 8 hours of sleep. Stay away from stress and depression and always stay happy...

Hey, your doing great job bro but you said protein help to gain weight but protein make us energetic and help to gain muscle not a weight, what you thing dude? @technews666

i was thinking about the same thing... But muscle is weight :) nonetheless you have to work out for muscle growth or else protein wont do much. As a matter of fact. If you think about it, that protein burns more calories then it provides you might even lose weight if you consume a lot of protein.

Like said above i dont see how protein will gain weight if you dont add work outs. As far i understood our bodies doesn;t store (extra) proteine.

For weight gain there are two different types of calories: Empty Healthy. Empty calories are the ones we get from processed foods and liquids while healthy calories are the ones we get from natural foods like vegetables and fruits. some examples are cheese, bananas, oils, homemade butter like peanut and almond butter

Lucky are those who are trying to gain weight. I belong to category where you can do anything to lose weight.

Why?? It is because the www is replete with articles on " HOW TO REDUCE WEIGHT" but with none(few) on the opposite!
