Post WORKOUT review | Legs

Hello Steemians!



In this blog I will make a brief review of my first training. As you can see from the title, I did exercises for my legs.

Since I did not practice very long, this training was very intense and now (day after) I have muscle inflammation, but ok, it's the only inflammation I dont mind because it means I did a good job!

My favorite exercise is squats, and least favorite is any exercise where I need to jump cause I get tired very fast.


The program that I plan to work consists 6 trenings per week.

  • day 1 - Legs
  • day 2 - Arms
  • day 3 - Back
  • day 4 - Shoulder, Abs
  • day 5 - Chest
  • day 6 - Cardio

The plan is lose weight, about 7-10 kilos (15-22 pounds), and firming up the body. A year ago I went to the gym for a couple of months and felt great, but now I decided to practice at home because of time and money. 

I hope I will be persistent and will see the results for a month or two!


This is me, in workout clothes, ready for my first training!


Inspiration for the exercises I found in two videos, on youtube. The first video is from Chloe Ting, and the other is from FitnessBlender.
