liquid vitamins is great. Especially D3 because many ppl in the western world, and im guessing other places, are extremely deficient. Even ppl in coastal areas are very deficient. I would remember to take a B complex or green pastures CLO blend to balance out the B & D. Have you noticed improved sleeping and sex drive as well?

    I have noticed improved sleeping for sure, sex drive has never really been an issue but I think taking DHEA has helped with that aspect! :)

    Yeah, there has been great stories about the benefits of D. Glad that it has turned things around for your life. :)
