Exercise is a practice that helps to keep the body in a normal state, exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis so bloggers do not sit for too long take a walk.

Do you know exercise can help you to feel good and improve your mood?
At work when you are stress out, taking a walk can really change you work attitude.
Yesterday me and my Tech crew left for Abaraka beach to exercise and catch some fun

I can't tell you how much exercise can transform a person. Exercising is definitely a holy grail for me to keep going on my food tasting activity, without it, I would have probably having difficulty to move around with my belly hanging on the ground. Keep the spirit to create awareness for more people to be aware about health. I'll definitely contribute my support!
