Welcome to the second edition of steem-medic, today we are going to discuss arthritis, causes and remedy.
To many it is idea to work several hour sitting one place, even without having proper exercise when they are free at work, this over time has its resultant effect on our body. For all bloggers and steemians it is vital you read this article.

Arthritis is pains associated with stiff and sore joints.

Seating for a very long hour

Injury, leading to degenerative arthritis.

Garlic is a tasty addition to many meals. And a potential source of relief for arthritis as an anti-inflammatory agent. What’s thought to aid relief when bringing garlic into the picture? Garlic helps to suppress the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines – and if inflammation is prevented, the occurrence of arthritic joints will be reduced.

Ginger has been known to be helpful for a lot of things. Especially nausea. What’s the one thing your mom whipped out when you were feeling sick to your stomach when you were little? Ginger It’s also been shown to help alleviate morning sickness in pregnant women and it’s noted to have anti-inflammatory qualities to alleviate arthritis symptoms.

Researchers show that exposure to pollutant earlier in life may increase arthritis risk. Most times this condition is virtually unavoidable due to environmental and work factors, If you work in hazardous chemicals environment, be sure to apply safety precaution at all times.


GET HELP GET HELP
If you have any symptoms of arthritis, see a doctor as soon as possible. Early, treatment can delay serious side effects of arthritis and will also reduce the danger of developing serious joint damage.
