SIX THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO AFTER EATEN
SMOKING
Smoking is very bad taken after a meal, it is a bad killer and if you must do it you should wait couple of hours after a meal. cigarette contains nicotine a substance that de-oxidize oxygen that your body needs for digestion. According to several studies, smoking a cigarette after a mill is equal to smoking 10 cigarette at once.
NEVER GO TO BED IMMEDIATELY AFTER A MILL
Laying down after a meal is the favorite thing for million of people, this habit is not healthy at all, when we lay down some enzymes that are suppose to digest our foods tends to go upwards back to oesphagus, because of the acidic nature of the liquid it causes acid reflux.
NEVER RUSH TO SHOWER AFTER MEAL
Waiting after five minutes after a meal before shower is the best advise, digestion needs a lot of energy and blood flow in our body, when we take a warm water shower energy flow off our body and that leads to release of heat and will make digestion difficult.
DRINKING TEA
Tea are good to the health but should not be taking after a meal because it can react with iron absorption of your body as tea contains theanine acid which burns the iron and put it in our food. This can lead to 87% reduction in iron absorption which can lead to dizziness,Anemia, fatigue, weakness.
EAT YOUR FRUITS BEFORE NOT AFTER A MEAL
Fruit are recommended for everyone by dietitian without knowing the dangers of eating fruit after a meal, fruit are the first to digest and can take just 20min to travel to the intestine. so if you eat a fruit after a meal it can stuck with the food thus not traveling in time to the intestine and getting spoiled and spoiling the food too.
AVOID COLD WATER AFTER A MEAL
Ice water does not make the food digest properly because it causes compilation of foods
Hot warm water help to absolve nutrient better.

another nice one bro. They are very valid health tips people easily over-look. In my own opinion, avoid cigarrette smoking entirely. Worse still after a meal.
A common one people do is to sleep after eating. Very poor habit that leads to indigestion and gastric problems.
Btw: Change your title. Its not "eaten". Its "Eating".
