Still hanging in there!
Day 5 down, day 6 beginning đź’•
I’m getting used to it now, and I can honestly say I feel so much better! I have multiple health issues that I mainly manage with diet and lifestyle. It’s hard to describe the difference, I think maybe it’s a reduction of overall inflammation. Hard to say though without chemical analysis and tests etc.
I am also on day two of no caffeine so I’m sure that’s making a difference as well.
I find once sugar is out of my system for a while it’s easier. Then I might get tempted with something delicious and indulge at some point. I find if I am really strict about it after that for a while it’s ok, cravings aren’t really bad... but I tend to indulge again and again, like a crazed, deprived mad woman, eating all the chocolate I can find until I’m right back where I started.
Truth.
It has to be a change you really want to make, and I want to be free of my ridiculous obsession with sugar.
And the caffeine might be gone for good now too because wow, that crap was the cause of a lot of issues and I didn’t realize!
And it was only green friggin tea. 🙄
Right now, I am feeling physically excellent!

The most depressing month for so many people (often myself), whether it’s loneliness or the weather, it can be a rough time.
I can tell you this for certain, feeling good also depends on the food choices you make every day!
