Why i want to start eating healthier

I want to start eating healthier because eating chocolate is making me gain a lot of weight, but it's not just that, but i can't stand the taste of chocolate anymore, although sometimes i get tempted to eat chocolate or go and buy some chocolate even though i don't have much money to be buying stuff like that, i still like a salad or fruits and veggies better than snacking on chocolate pudding, although there are some healthier versions of chocolate pudding that you may want to try, i would like to try some healthy puddings too, i heard rice pudding is supposed to be good for you, i'm not really sure if that's true or not but my mom said it was to me, so did my dad and he's a major healthy health freak. The reason i want to start eating healthy is to make my mood feel better, and sugar isn't natural energy, so it makes you feel sad or low sometimes, and eating healthier foods once in a while makes me feel in a better mood and eating fruits and veggies gives me more energy than a chocolate bar does and that's why i want to start a healthy diet.

Thanks for your amazing comment. :)

That sounds great! It's important to eat healthy in combination with exercise. Constantly making small steps in the right direction will lead to lasting improvements. Some people try to "crash diet" to lose weight quickly, but they usually give up after a short period of time. That's why it's most beneficial to slowly stop eating unhealthy foods while introducing nutritious foods to your diet and making them a part of your lifestyle.

Without getting into matters such as GMOs, pesticides, and gluten, you can absolutely find cost-conscious fruits and vegetables that won't break the bank.

Frozen vegetables (like peas, broccoli, and green beans) are inexpensive and sometimes cheaper than fresh (depending on the season). Otherwise in the produce section of the grocery store you'll find carrots, onions, potatoes (healthier than pasta), bananas, apples, oranges, and sweet potatoes, among numerous others.

It's almost always better to eat things that are minimally processed.

Otherwise, if you ever find yourself sitting around (watching TV or on the computer) for long periods of time, take breaks to walk around the house (maybe clean up any mess while doing so). In turn, you'll become a healthy, happier, more productive person (with maybe a cleaner house).
