- ORS (ဓါတ္ဆားရည္)ေသာက္နိုင္သေလာက္ ေသာက္ပါ။ဝမ္းပိတ္ေဆး ( Lomotil, Dicotil, Loperamide) ကို (2)ေတာင့္ ခ်က္ခ်င္းတိုက္ပါ။ ျပီးေနာက္ ဝမ္းတစ္ခါ သြားျပီးတိုင္း ဝမ္းပိတ္ေဆး (1)ေတာင့္ တိုက္ရမည္။ ( 24 )နာရီအတြင္း (8)ေတာင့္ထက္ပို၍ မတိုက္ရပါ။
- ဝမ္းပိတ္ရပ္လွ်င္ ဝမ္းပိတ္ေဆးဆက္၍ မတိုက္ရပါ။
Treatment
Tetraeyeline 2 & 4 QlD × 5 days
Drip N/S ( OR ) R/L အေျခအေနျကည့္သုံးပါ။
ကေလးမ်ားတြင္ ဝမ္းပိတ္ေဆးအျဖစ္ Furazolidone ကိုသုံးတတ္ပါသည္။
