I struggled along with acne for most of my late teens and my early adulthood. As you'd imagine, it really impacted my self confidence and made me feel pritty low a lot of the time. I would desperatly try every and all drug the doctor would prescribe. Not to mention the creams that made your skin look oily, the creams the made your face feel likes it was burning and those harsh drugs with crazy side-effects!
Well, in this latest short video, I explain in a little detail how the dairy acne allergy, the acne dairy gluten allergy and the acne sugar connection is very common and sometimes misunderstood.
In my years of tackling cystic, digestive and hormonal acne I've learn't that food can heal acne and how other foods can trigger your acne in a big way! I've also learn't that the acne dairy connection is very strong (I know from personal experience). So in the upcoming video's i'll try dispense how I got through this and how you can too.
As may know, there is link between acne and sugar intake which is why I eliminated refined sugars from my diet to help cure my acne naturally. I found that its caused acne inflammation due to the spike in insulin being produced in my body. This resulted in the increased the production of that acne sebum like pimples all over my chin, forehead and cheeks.
