DETOXIFICATION - The Key to Beating Cancer or Any Illness!

Great advice.

Of course, add two additional things to this and things will improve even more quickly:

Drink Water

Actual water. Your body is mostly composed of water and needs it for just about everything.

If you can manage 8 cups of water a day, you are doing decently.

If you drink other things, drink an extra cup of water for each cup of something else.

Avoid drinking just before or after meals for easier digestion.

Food Combining

Don't eat different food types together (meats, breads, veggies, fruits) in one meal as doing so puts different requirements on what your stomach must do to process each one.

Mixing veggies and fruits isn't bad, but mixing anything else can really put a strain on digestion as your stomach needs vastly different ph levels to dissolve them.

Eating Meat

Most people believe that you have to eat proteins, particularly meats.

If this is you, eat them as you feel you need them, just try to make sure you aren't mixing them with other things and that you are waiting long enough for your body to dissolve them before you eat something else. This is why it is typically better to eat them for the last meal of the day.

For more on this, do a search on your favorite search engine for food combining and read up. It both simple and logical. Combine with the ideas above and the parent post and you will experience amazing results much more quickly than you might believe.

Thanks for the comment Tony, I agree however when on an all you can eat fruit detox you get a lot of water from the fruit. A freshly squeezed lemon in a large glass of water every day is great for the kidneys and lymph :)
I've followed you hope you give me a follow back. I'm enjoying it here!

Completely agree on the fruit and veggies giving you water. I just figured it was worth pointing out as plenty of people think they can drink a ton of diet soda (or other random supposedly healthy drinks) while on a "diet".

And most people really feel they have to have bread, meat, etc. If they are going to mix it in anywise, it is worth noting that you can still get good results as long as you don't mix it all together in a single meal.

Hopefully, if someone tries the detox, they will realize that simply changing that to their normal diet will really help them in the long run. So many "diseases" out there seem simply to be the result of pushing their toxin levels beyond what their body can handle.
