Weight loss is a long term project.
The chart represents my weight history for last years. In 2009 I started working out, where I fed myself up to 100kg, thinking this will yield in greater muscle gain. The consequences of that mistake still affect me. Once you significantly gain weight your body adapts to a new homeostasis (body fat settling point), by creating more fat cells. There is no slow metabolism in bigger people, it’s simply the fact that their body wants to be in a well fed state to be all set for the next starvation. Fat loss is easy, keeping it off is not. The latter needs planning and sustainable habits.
Diet wisely.
