MENTAL HEALTH: LIFE AS WE SEE IT.

The whole life journey is basically a process of healing, learning, growing etc.

We should learn to see it as normal when we encounter hurdles and setbacks, rather than hating on ourselves we should rather just ‘merely’ analyze the situation pick up the lessons and move on.

Our mental health and well-being should always be prioritized over everything else. This can be achieved and maintained by normal regular daily activities like going to bed and waking up on time, eating right, exercising, having great conversations, listening to music and laughing.

It is also important that we check on ourselves before getting involved with someone or getting into a relationship. Nothing can be worse than two unstable people coming together. We should build our trust, be exploring and open to changes. Most instabilities arise from childhood experiences, cheating ex-partners, abusive relationships and so on, we should find the source of our issues and tackle them head on. Professional help should be gotten if needed, ensure our prospective partners are good too. The process can be carried out together.

We should also learn to go at our pace.
It’s actually about the process than the product, one step at a time.
