If you are like me and sit near computer whole day (and most of the night) someday you will find yourself full of pain and freeze in your hands. Ive suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, shoulder pain and, the worse, nervous stress and anxious about everything. Bitcoin price goes up = cant sleep, goes down = cant sleep... Goes panic humster, lost a lot of deposit, become angry with my family
Smart Day Schedule
When I understood that nothing is going right - ive started analyse and find small, but useful habits to keep my mind clean
Wake up with the Sun
Starting day early will make your schedule more productive, as in the morning you can be all by yourself: do some study, watch tedx lectures or meditate. Also can make small day plan: the important things to do today.
Do Exercise
Morning exercises will wake up your body and start all basic processes in nature way: do Ashtanga, running or any activity you really love
Only now Turn on the Internet
When you are ready and filled up with sport / brain power - only now you can add some external information sources like messangers etc, that will distract you and can add some "ohsheet" we need to do it asap, but not very important to you things...
Keep Yourself Targeted
When you are working - work, when your brain needs rest - go away from computer. Dont lose your focus on internet surfing or some "small" tasks like checking emails every 30 minutes. Better to divide work on small chunks of 90 minutes all in work - 15 minutes of push-ups or playtime with the dog
Have lunch not near computer
Keep yourself present when you are eating - fill taste of the food, give your brain a moments of rest and save yourself from overeating (for me its a huge problem ive used to eat watching tv)
Sleep well
If you wake up early - than go to bad by schedule is very easy - just dont read news before sleep and make yourself calm
Best tip for any case - Know Yourself
If you are as energy person as I am - just dont play short strategies - Ive found out long time investing gives more profit anyway. Ive lost a lot on bitcoin jumps in one-two hour ranges, but when Ive bought and forgot about eth for few months - it gives me all back). So find some currency you believe in and dont play with fortune (now i like waves activity and invest money I dont need right now into waves planning to sell them only in September (or not sell)
