New here and heres a story

Hello my name is Ty, i am 24 years old and live in canada.

Now the intro is done lets get too the story. I have been in chronic pain since i was 18 years old and have always been told im too young to be diagnosed with chronic pain or any illness/disease associated with chronic pain. So here i am 6 years later with still no answers.

I was working fine until september of this year; i had hernia surgery in 2011 and now my hernia mesh is broken. So im no longer working and am now waiting for surgery. Top that off with the fact ive now been off work for almost 6-8 weeks which is as long as you get for short term disability; and i have yet too recieve any compansation from the company i work for or the benefits company my company uses.

My theory is that because im young they figure they can just take their time and may not have too pay me, but ive reached out too my mpps office and theyve contacted my benefits insursnce company. They called me yesterday at 6pm which is after business hours and now i cant get a hold of them to get answers.

So thats my story, im basically short on change and not going too make my insurance or rent or phone bill or anything else i need too pay because they decided its fine i dont need income.
