The ignorance of nutrition is staggering within not only the majority of the population but the majority of the doctors. They act like it doesn't matter because they weren't taught about it in school and apparently they lost their common sense along the way into their pseudo-science pharmacy supporting indoctrination.

Boy oh boy am I tired of seeing people following these phoney gimmick diets not based on any science. This one gets to me most because I know a few people that I see write about how it's healed and saved them personally. But they are not understanding that fasting from protein and leaving alone the processed foods and switching to a whole foods diet is what will start making headway in health. But to claim meat is acidic and refuse to eat it is stupidity and they are so hard headed it appears they'll crash and burn before they realize what they're doing to their bodies by going without protein and animal fats.

Here is a wonderful educational must see video for anyone who's had insulin issues, or diabetes, or anyone who's doing a low carb diet, or even considering trying a low carb diet.

The myth that fat is bad, soy is good and plant-based diets are healthy is pervasive, is dangerous and is completely lacking in evidence to back it up.

Weston A. Price studied 14 indigenous cultures, the natives living off of diets predetermined by their ancestors had none of the diseases or health ailments that plague current cultures.

Carnivores cannot survive on cellulose.
Humans were not designed with the symbiotic bacteria in their digestive tract to digest cellulose. Humans are carnivores. From our teeth to our rectums we were designed for meat.

We can't digest cellulose so we have ruminants to do that for us, which can in turn make grass into meat, in which gives us a digestible product with optimal nutrition. If we have "lawn" and we don't have a grazing ruminant on it we're doing nothing good and hurting mother earth.

I can't wait for the day we see a study of an all meat eater verse an all plant eater side by side, but for now we have to just watch the carnivore movement grow and continue to testify to the positive changes because the system is an ADVERSARY of a carnivore diet we will probably never see much honesty towards it.

A great starting point to health is to "eat meat drink water", it is definitely not the end all be all. We should always be engaging better living through science.
